Limited Warranty Statement

GMX INTERNATIONAL warrants to the original purchaser only, that each GMX INTERNATIONAL unit shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the LIFETIME of the product.  Should any such defects arise, the product will be replaced or repaired without charge by GMX INTERNATIONAL promptly upon the return of the defective product to GMX INTERNATIONAL.

The warranty obligations of GMX INTERNATIONAL and the original purchaser's sole remedy shall be limited to repair or replacement of the product only.  GMX INTERNATIONAL shall not be liable or responsible under any circumstances or in any amount for consequential or incidental damages or for injury or damages to persons or property using or used with or in connection with the product, or for loss of profits or other costs or expenses of any kind or character.

This Warranty applies only during normal use and care and is absolutely void if the product is misused, neglected, damaged, altered or repaired by someone other that GMX INTERNATIONAL.

There are no warranties or representations by GMX INTERNATIONAL other than as set forth above, either expressed or implied and no person, firm or corporation is authorized to make any representation or incur any obligation in the name of or on behalf of GMX INTERNATIONAL except as stated above.  All shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.

Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee

The GMX INTERNATIONAL Units are unconditionally guaranteed.  The GMX INTERNATIONAL unit must be installed and used for a period of 90 days.  If within 30 days after the 90 day period, GMX Units have not performed to your satisfaction, simply return the undamaged unit with the sales receipt to the distributor from whom the unit was purchased and your money will be refunded.
